All Season 1 audition challenges, video/audio takes, craft registrations, creator passes, and workstation collaborations on ONE CLAP are 100% FREE OF CHARGE.
ONE CLAP does NOT charge any entry fee, audition processing charge, review fee, verification commission, or role-placement deposit. Any aspiring actor, singer, dancer, or filmmaker can participate without any financial barriers.
2. Anti-Fraud & Casting Scam Warning
⚠️ Beware of Unauthorized Agents & Casting Scams
ONE CLAP has ZERO TOLERANCE for casting fraud. We never authorize any individual, talent agent, agency, or social media broker to collect payments on our behalf.
Please note the following critical protections:
- If anyone claims to represent ONE CLAP and asks you for money in exchange for guaranteed audition approval, higher ranking, celebrity mentorship, or movie roles, they are committing fraud.
- Do not send money, gift cards, or UPI transfers to anyone claiming to be a ONE CLAP casting director.
- To report fraudulent impersonation or suspicious solicitations, immediately contact our Legal & Anti-Fraud desk at [email protected] or through our Contact Page with screenshots and transaction details. We will assist you in lodging complaints with state cybercrime authorities.
3. Future Paid Services & Masterclass Refund Terms
In future seasons or special events, ONE CLAP may introduce optional, paid ancillary services (such as in-person film masterclasses, verified physical creator pass merchandise, or industry networking passes). In such events, the following standard consumer protection policies will strictly apply:
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel any ticket, masterclass pass, or paid service booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time for an unconditional 100% full refund.
- Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Event Rescheduling / Cancellation by Organizers: If an event, masterclass, or session is rescheduled or cancelled by ONE CLAP, you will be offered an immediate choice between an automatic full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
- Defective Physical Merchandise: Any physical Creator Pass or merchandise delivered with manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge or refunded within 7 days of delivery upon submitting photo proof.
